妊娠は人生の中でも特別な時期ですが、その一方で多くの不安を伴います。特に初めての妊娠は、何もかもが初めてで戸惑いや心配が尽きません。体の変化や赤ちゃんの成長に関する疑問や心配ごとは日々増えるばかりです。
現代の核家族社会では、身近に気軽に相談できる人がいないことも多く、孤独感を感じることがあります。
相談相手がいない...
ネットで相談するのが怖い...
情報を求めてインターネットで検索しても、情報が氾濫していて何が正しいのか分からず、かえって不安が増してしまうこともあります。また、SNSで相談しても、誹謗中傷や攻撃を受けるかもしれないと思うと、安心して相談できません。
このような状況を解決し、妊娠中の生活を少しでも安心して過ごせるようにしたいと考え、ベビカムは25年以上にわたり、妊娠・育児コミュニティを運営してきました。
ベビカムに蓄積された、膨大な量のママたちのリアルな悩み、アドバイス、体験談、そして専門家からの情報などをAIに学習させることで、妊娠中の方々に寄り添ってサポートできるAIの開発に取り組んでいます。

この開発においては、これまで、ベビカムで募集した育児中のママたちの協力を得て実証実験を行なってきました。今回使っていただく三人のAI先輩ママのアシスタントは、実証実験で使ったモデルを部分的に改良したモデルとなっています。
Pregnancy is a special time in life, but it also comes with many anxieties. This is especially true for first-time pregnancies, where everything is new, leading to endless confusion and worry. Concerns and questions about physical changes and the baby’s growth seem to increase day by day.
In today’s nuclear family society, it’s often difficult to find someone nearby to casually consult with, leading to feelings of loneliness.

Even when searching for information on the internet, the flood of information can make it hard to know what’s accurate, sometimes increasing anxiety. Additionally, consulting on social media carries the risk of being criticized or attacked, making it difficult to seek advice with peace of mind.
To address these challenges and help expecting mothers feel a little more at ease during pregnancy, Babycome has been managing a pregnancy and parenting community for over 25 years.
By training AI on the vast amount of concerns, advice, experiences, and expert information accumulated from mothers on Babycome, we are developing an AI that can support and accompany pregnant women.
AI is available anytime, as often as needed.
It won’t make a face or attack you.
In the development of this AI, we have conducted trials with the cooperation of mothers raising children, recruited through Babycome. The three AI “senior mom” assistants you will be using today are based on models that have been partially improved from those used in the trials.
One of the key features of the Babycome AI Assistant is the presence of three different “senior mom” characters. This diversity has significant meaning.
Just as compatibility is important in human relationships, we believe that considering compatibility in interactions with AI is also crucial.
What feels comfortable for one person in terms of communication style or approach may not work for someone else. To address these individual preferences and needs, the Babycome AI Assistant offers three distinct senior mom characters, each with a unique personality.

ある人にとって心地よい話し方や接し方が、別の人には合わないこともあるでしょう。このような個人の好みや需要の違いに応えるため、ベビカムAIアシスタントでは3つの異なる個性を持つ先輩ママキャラクターを用意しました。

基本構成

学習データ：
今回提供しています3人のAIアシスタントは、主に、妊娠中の女性をサポートすることを目的として、これまで妊娠中の女性からベビカムに寄せられた、数多くの「妊娠・出産体験談」の投稿を学習させています。
また、そのほかの医療関連の情報などは、ベビカムサイトに掲載されている大百科のコンテンツや記事なども参照にしています。
利用AI：
今回提供のものは、ChatGPTsの仕組みを利用した、カスタムバージョンです。
上記の妊娠・出産体験談の投稿データを、ChatGPTsのKnowledge（知識）として学習させています。
その上で、相談内容に対しての回答方法や、3人のキャラクタ設定などを、Instructionとして個別のプロンプトを作成して組み込んでいます。
Training Data:
The three AI assistants we are offering this time are primarily designed to support pregnant women. They have been trained on numerous pregnancy and childbirth stories that have been submitted to Babycome by pregnant women.
In addition, for other medical information, they also reference encyclopedia content and articles published on the Babycam website.
AI Used:
The current offering is a custom version that utilizes the ChatGPT framework.
The data from the pregnancy and childbirth stories mentioned above have been incorporated into ChatGPT’s knowledge base. On top of that, individual prompts have been created and embedded as instructions to determine the response methods and character settings for the three AI assistants.
